Paytient Welcome Page

A friendly front door for employees whose company just gave them Paytient, from "what is this?" to "I'm ready to swipe."

Project overview

Client: Paytient (in-house)
Industry: Healthcare payments (Series B healthcare fintech)
Timeline: Weekly sprints, 2025
My role: Visual Designer and Webflow Developer. I designed the page in Figma and built it in Webflow.

Overview

Employees hear "new benefit" and assume more insurance paperwork. They need to understand fast that this is a card, that it carries no interest, and how it differs from the credit card in their wallet. This is a consumer audience, not an HR audience, and the page has to earn trust in a few screens.

What I made

  • A clear headline and a short welcome video, with a Spanish-language video option right under it.

  • "All the perks. None of the pain." A three-line value band on a dark section: interest-free, no credit check or fees, flexible payment options.

  • A savings calculator that compares Paytient to a typical credit card. A member picks the cost of care and a repayment term and sees the monthly payment and the interest they'd save. The assumptions sit underneath so the math is transparent.

  • "Sign up, Swipe, Split." A scroll-driven three-step walkthrough where each step lights up as you reach it, paired with an image of a card tap at checkout. Built with Webflow Interactions.

  • "Where can I use my card?" Six categories (medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, mental health, veterinary) with an example of each, so members can picture their own purchase.

  • Member quotes, a tutorial webinar and FAQs.

What this shows

Consumer-facing explanation of a financial product, an interactive calculator that does the persuading, scroll-driven interaction in Webflow, and bilingual consideration up front.
