Overview
Paytient's research made a simple argument: having employer health insurance does not mean people can afford to use it. The posts cite figures such as 38% of insured Americans skipping or delaying care because of cost, and family premiums rising 342% over 25 years while worker earnings rose 119%. The design job was to get that across in a feed, to HR leaders and employers who see hundreds of posts a day.
What I made
Two swipe-through carousels distilled the research report into key findings, each pointing readers to the full report. A third post opened with a question over real photography, two people going over paperwork with a calculator: "Can we make it easier for every employee to pay for their healthcare even if it's not affordable in the moment", with the 38% statistic leading the post text.
What this shows
Making dense data skimmable, a clear path from a question to the evidence, and photography used to keep statistics human.
