Overview
Paytient members needed one clear place to reach support. A member with a billing question or a declined card is often stressed, and the employer-facing contact page serves a different audience. The member page lives at paytient.com/member-contact, separate from the employer contact page.
What I made
A deliberately small page. A friendly headline ("We'd love to hear from you") and three support channels as equal cards, each with hours and what to expect:
Chat: live-chat hours, in the app and on the web
Email: the expected reply time
Phone: local and toll-free numbers with hours
One line tells anyone who needs product help to use one of the three, and a link covers the support conduct policy. The employer-facing "contact us" page stays separate, so each audience lands in the right place.
What this shows
Restraint, information design for a stressed audience, and clear expectation setting.
