Baptist Health South Florida serves millions of patients across a vast network of hospitals, clinics, and outpatient facilities. Over several years, I designed a wide range of digital experiences — from campaign landing pages to core service pages — all within a large, complex organization where consistency, clarity, and accessibility weren't optional.
The work spans the full breadth of what a health system needs to communicate online. Service pages like Primary Care, Care On Demand, and the Outpatient Locations directory had to make it easy for patients to understand their options and take action quickly. Wayfinding tools like Where To Go guided patients to the right level of care — urgent care, express care, or emergency — through a clean, decision-tree style interface.
On the campaign side, Beach We Love introduced a new Baptist Health location in Miami Beach with a dedicated landing page designed to feel warm, local, and welcoming — a departure from the clinical tone that healthcare marketing often defaults to. Other campaigns like Executive Health and Bone Health required the same approach: bring the brand to life in a way that feels human, not institutional.
Across all of it, the challenge was the same — designing for an audience that's often anxious, time-pressed, or unfamiliar with their options, and making every page as clear and reassuring as possible.
